First: Return Policy

You may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order only in the following cases:

1. Receiving an item different from what was ordered.

2. A manufacturing defect not mentioned or visible in the product deion or photos.

Cases where returns are NOT accepted:

1. Incorrect size chosen by the customer.

2. Style or color not matching personal preference.

3. Minor loose threads that are part of the natural fabric texture.

4. Misuse or not following the fabric care instructions.

5. Sale or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Conditions:

1. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories attached.

2. The refund will be processed within 3 to 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

Second: Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order in the following cases:

1. Wrong size sent by the store.

2. A clear manufacturing defect.

3. Exchange is allowed once only per order.
